However, after receiving excellent service with a quality product from Long's Northwest Hitch, those words have have returned to their original meaning and intent. Not only was their service timely, but especially convenient since they came to my house to install the hitch. I especially appreciated the call I received in advance of their arrival to assure me they were on the way and on time. "As we were looking for something to do as a family, we settled on riding bikes. We called Long's Northwest Hitch and after talking with Chris, decided to have a Hidden Hitch installed on our minivan. This will allow us to use a bike rack to get our bicycles to the local trails. We also vacation regularly and typically use a rooftop storage unit. This hitch will now allow us to use a cargo carrier instead. We were able to get the cargo carrier from Chris as well. We've already enjoyed our hitch many times! I now recommend Hidden Hitch and Long's Northwest Hitch to anyone I might be talking to about traveling or biking. After installing my hitch, Chris helped me enter a sweepstakes through Hidden Hitch. I was so excited when I found out that I had won a $500.00 prepaid Visa Card!! "This is the second hitch that I have purchased from Hidden Hitch. The first was for a 2006 Honda Pilot and I installed it myself. The instructions were clear and simple, it installed quickly and easily, and it looked great on the vehicle. My most recent hitch is for my 2011 Lexus RX350. I had it installed by Chris Long at Long's Northwest Hitch. I am amazed and incredibly pleased with how well the hitch "hides" up under the bumper so it doesn't detract from the look of the vehicle. Also, I can't tell you how impressed I was with the professionalism, courtesy, and punctuality of Chris from Long's Northwest Hitch. Chris came to my house and did the work right in my garage. He told me exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take, and showed me how everything operated when he was finished. It was definitely worth paying to have this hitch professionally installed (versus doing it myself) and I would highly recommend Long's to anyone. Then they came and did the installation right in our parking lot, which was as convenient as it gets. They care about their customers, which was really evident in how they dealt with us.
